We carry out a Legal Review to confirm that the property is in order; a Technical Evaluation, inspecting the land and the viability of the project; and a Financial Analysis, validating costs and profitability.

Fase 2: Due Diligence

Legal Review: We confirm that the property is in order and without encumbrances. Technical Evaluation: We inspect the land, services and viability. Financial Analysis: We verify the costs and profitability of the project.

Phase 3: Project Development:

Project planning, licensing and value creation through a new construction project, which increases the value and return potential of the property for future construction or sale.

Generate Value

Value Generation: We add a construction project, transforming the property into an asset with greater value and return potential, ready for construction or sale.
