La villa de lujo Kanani, decorada con encanto en estilo ibicenco, es el lugar perfecto para 6 personas más un bebé — ideal para relajarse y dejarse llevar. Se encuentra en primera línea de mar en Cala Serena, a solo 250 metros de la playa, lo que permite llegar caminando cómodamente.

La villa cuenta con dormitorios amplios con aire acondicionado y armarios empotrados. Uno de los dormitorios tiene su propio baño, mientras que los otros dos dormitorios tienen un baño cercano cada uno. Cada baño está equipado con ducha, siendo que el baño del primer piso además tiene una bañera.

En la planta superior te espera una zona chill-out con cojines cómodos y una mesa de futbolín, ideal para relajarse y pasar momentos juntos. Otro punto destacado es el tercer dormitorio con un balcón privado que ofrece una vista impresionante al mar. Toda la casa dispone de wifi gratuito, y en la sala de estar puedes entretenerte con televisión vía satélite (SAT-TV).

The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (wifi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning, private swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, 1 tv, satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German), radio.
The open plan electric kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen there is a small basic supply of spices and oil. Dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tablets and 1-2 rubbish bags are also provided. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that if you are self-sufficient, this item will be purchased. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please contact us.
