Located in the middle of almond groves, only about 2.5 km from Santanyí, the finca Can Blai Blai offers with its unique location everything that makes country life in Mallorca so special: absolute tranquillity in a dreamlike setting. The house was completely renovated in 2015 and artistically redesigned to a high standard. With a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and two covered terraces, the house is an ideal retreat for 4 people. The garden house, which has been converted, can be used as a studio with a digital piano and offers additional accommodation space. On colder days, a pellet cooker that heats the whole house, including underfloor heating, and a wood-burning cooker provide cosy warmth. The swimming pool (2.5 x 7.5 m) with outdoor shower in the beautifully landscaped garden offers refreshing relaxation in summer.

Find peace away from the tourist centres of Mallorca! Those who value a unique interior design will appreciate the artistic and loving decoration of the house.

The swimming pool with its chlorine-free water is a special highlight and is ideal for the hot days of the year. For any weather, there are spacious terraces: one offers shade under a reed roof, the other is protected from the rain and around the pool you can enjoy the open air with unobstructed views of the surrounding meadows and almond groves. In addition, the extensive garden offers many opportunities to find pleasant spots. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the landscape up to Santanyí. Even the sea is visible. The garden house offers a beautiful retreat where you can play the digital piano undisturbed.

Please note that there is a cat living in the house, which often visits guests. This is important information for allergy sufferers, as the house may not be a suitable place for allergy sufferers.

The owners of the property are strictly against making express changes on the same day, as they strive to offer each guest an exceptional experience without rushing the next guest. This ensures that the house is meticulously prepared for your stay, so that you can enjoy your holiday from the very first moment.

There is a flat-screen TV with all Spanish and German channels. A cot and high chair are available for children. For any eventuality, a washing machine is also available.

What's in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen there is a small basic supply of spices and oil. Dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tablets and 1-2 rubbish bags are also provided. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that if you are self-sufficient, this item will be purchased. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please contact us.

IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency, which covers damage of up to 5,000 euros to the property. All guests staying in a holiday home in Mallorca are obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it. In this case you will receive separate information regarding this payment. Furthermore, please note that the agency charges a refundable deposit. All details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
