Finca Can Perdiu is a holiday home in Santanyi, Majorca with private swimming pool.
4-bedroom, 6-bathroom country house with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi. Sleeps up to 8 people

At Finca Can Perdiu, near the beautiful Mallorcan village of Santanyi, you can enjoy your time and relax.

The Finca is equipped with every comfort. It has a modern and functional style combined with a special personal touch.

The main house contains four bedrooms with three modern bathrooms (one of them a master suite with its own bathroom). Another living room with private bathroom is located in separate outbuildings, each of which is independent. In one of these outbuildings there is also a small kitchen.

Both the finca and the two outbuildings are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, so that the houses can be used in all seasons.

Ideal for the winter is also the sauna with shower in another room.

The finca is beautifully landscaped outside with a fantastic view of the pool and garden. You will find a wonderful "Chill Out" where you can enjoy the sunsets of the island.

Please note:

- a booking fee of EUR 150 will be charged for each booking.
- Balearic eco-tax of EUR 2.20 per night and per person is payable at the time of booking.
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is related to the property, will also be required when booking.
- oil central heating available on request between November and March at an extra 30 EUR per day.
