In an idyllic rural setting, surrounded by forest and with total privacy.

The house is decorated in a mixture of modern and rustic style, with great taste and care.
The living room is spacious and will surprise you with its sofa, satellite TV, wifi, designer lamps, ceiling beams and a spectacular iron staircase... all with direct access to the terraces and the swimming pool.
In the semi-open kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare good meals.

On the ground floor, the common areas and a bedroom with double bed, fan and wardrobe followed by a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; both decorated with care, each with a wardrobe and a fan. Next to them is another bathroom.

The house is powered by solar panels and for the winter months has two pellet fireplaces, one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor.

Outside there are two semi-covered terraces with a table and chairs, ideal for a drink or just to relax... a barbecue, deckchairs...
The 10 m x 4.5 m swimming pool is ideal for cooling off, and next to it is the outdoor shower.
At night, the pool has lights in case you want to swim.
