Finca El Sueño is a modern villa with incredible views located in the area of Santanyí.
Villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Finca El Sueño is an original and high quality equipped country house. It is located about 2,5 km southwest of Santanyi, one of the most beautiful areas in the southeast of the island of Mallorca.
The atmosphere is unique, your stay will be an unforgettable experience.
The house has four large bedrooms, each with direct access to the bathroom area. Two of them are on the upper floor of the main house and two bedrooms are in the outbuilding connected to the main house.
There is a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), a large dining room and a large living room with TV and stereo. Cable TV and Wifi are available free of charge.
Directly in the house there is a large barbecue area with direct access to the kitchen.
On the way to the pool you can admire the excellent garden. At the pool there is a small kitchen and enough space for "sun worshippers". There is also a large awning, which can be extended for sun protection.
In front of the main entrance of the finca, but in the fenced area of the property, there is enough parking space.
Finca El Sueño is a unique experience and guarantees you a relaxing holiday.
Please note:
- a booking fee of EUR 150 will be charged for each booking.
- Balearic eco-tax of EUR 2.20 per night and per person is payable at the time of booking.
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is related to the property, will also be required when booking.
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged.
- oil central heating available on request between November and March at an extra 30 EUR per day.
