An area as privileged as ours has to have a team that is up to the task. That is why Joachim and José, after 12 years of experience in Sa llotja de Portocolom, have incorporated chef Frank Bremer in this project. Together they have decided to take on this exciting challenge and put together a team of professionals capable of taking care of even the smallest detail.
