Surrounded by almond and carob trees, Finca Damian offers a unique ambience in the middle of nature for relaxing days on the island. Thanks to the slight slope of the finca and its south-facing orientation, you will enjoy a dreamlike view of the entire landscape all the way to the coast, and in the distance, you can even see the neighbouring island of Cabrera.
Finca Sa Madoneta has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed, offering in total space for five persons. From the living-dining area with fully equipped open kitchen, a spacious dining table and a cosy sofa corner, you have direct access to the wonderful sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Cool off in the turquoise-blue swimming pool and it is easy to forget the daily routine and relax. Under the covered terrace, you can sit comfortably and eat or wait for the grill master to bring the food to the table. Here, you are sure to spend unforgettable summer evenings with your loved ones.
Please note that the use of air conditioning incurs an additional charge of 15€ per day. This fee is not calculated in advance, but is collected directly on site by the owner. We would like to inform our guests that this service is completely optional and should only be used if necessary.

What's in the village?
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen there is a small basic supply of spices and oil. Dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tablets and 1-2 rubbish bags are also provided. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that if you are self-sufficient, this item will be purchased. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please contact us.
Information:
Finca Sa Madoneta is located at the foot of the Hamburger Hill, about 2 km in the direction of Cas Concos from Santanyí, in the southeast of the island. In the charming village of Santanyí, which can be reached in a few minutes, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques for shopping and twice a week a colourful weekly market in the centre of the village with local products. Here you can buy fresh local fruit and vegetables as well as handmade souvenirs.
The most beautiful beaches of the island, such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards or Cala S'amarador, are about 9 km away from the finca. Here you can sunbathe on the white sand, enjoy a refreshing drink in one of the beach bars or in the Spanish "chiringuitos", dive and snorkel. The entire southeast coast is known for its gentle tourism, away from the masses, and enchants with its numerous coves bathed in turquoise tones that stretch along the entire coastline all the way to the northeast. All guests staying in a holiday home in Mallorca are obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it. In this case you will receive separate information regarding this payment. Furthermore, please note that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover possible damage to the holiday home. Full details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
