A través de la amplia terraza, equipada con un gran toldo vela eléctrico que aporta sombra y frescura— llegarás directamente a la zona de piscina, al acogedor lounge exterior y al interior de la casa.
En la planta baja te espera una cocina moderna de alto brillo, equipada con frigorífico side-by-side, gran fogón y todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para tu estancia: cafetera, lavavajillas, tostadora y más. Este espacio se abre al salón, creando un ambiente diáfano y cómodo. El salón, equipado con TV/Sat y un sistema de sonido envolvente B&W, conecta de manera fluida con el comedor, generando un ambiente perfecto para compartir momentos. A través de un pequeño pasillo se accede al primer dormitorio (cama 1.80×2.00 m) y al primer baño, decorado con materiales naturales y detalles en piedra.
En la primera planta encontrarás dos dormitorios adicionales (1.80×2.00 m y 2 camas individuales de 0.90×2.00 m), junto a un segundo baño. Desde todas las ventanas podrás disfrutar de vistas abiertas al campo, a las palmeras y a los jardines, creando una atmósfera de calma a cualquier hora del día. Toda la casa está equipada con sistema de sonido Sonos y altavoces exteriores B&W, permitiéndote ambientar cualquier espacio con tu música favorita desde el móvil.
La joya del exterior es la impresionante piscina de 5×11 m, perfecta para refrescarte en días soleados. Además, podrás relajarte en el jacuzzi interior (funcionamiento con monedas) si buscas un momento de bienestar. El lounge bajo los pinos, con dos amplias daybeds y velas que aportan sombra, es un rincón idílico para leer, descansar o simplemente dejarte llevar por el sonido del viento.
