Puerto de Andratx offers everything you need on your holiday, a shopping centre, cafés, excellent restaurants, designer shops, and a beautiful promenade for strolling.

The price includes the costs of bed linen, towels, water and final cleaning. Electricity costs are not included in the price. They will be charged at 0,30 € / kw.

A supplement of 20€/day for heating is payable on arrival in cash.

The ECOTASA (Balearic tourist tax) must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.
In accordance with Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all passengers and to draw up a Passenger Register Book.

NO SERVICES ARE OFFERED '.

The owner will only accept bookings from families or couples over 30 years old, with or without children. No parties are allowed. Once the booking is confirmed, a written confirmation will be sent to the guests, and they will be asked to sign and accept the house rules.

- Animals will only be accepted if there is prior agreement between the parties.
- It is not allowed to take utensils, bed linen, blankets, towels, etc. out of the houses. The loss of keys will incur a charge of €100.

It is compulsory to keep the property in perfect condition during the term of the contract, leaving the kitchenware clean or in the dishwasher in working order, the rubbish in the corresponding containers and the air conditioning or heating turned off and windows closed.
They may not carry out activities on the property that are annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous, illicit or contrary to the Community Statutes. Neither may they store inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the dwelling and/or carry out commercial or industrial activities in the same.
The Tenant shall be directly and exclusively liable and exempts the property from all liability for: i) Damage that may be caused to persons or things and are derived from installations for services and supplies of the rented holiday home. ii) Damage, deterioration or loss that may occur in the same, whether caused by the tenant or by the persons living in the dwelling.
The Tenant may not carry out any work or make any alterations without the written permission of the Landlady. Under no circumstances may the Tenant drill holes in the walls.
