Situated on a gentle slope overlooking the sea, the large windows allow the soft Mediterranean light to flood the interior, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

With three floors, the property can accommodate up to 15 people in luxury conditions.

Being situated on a terraced hillside, the entrance to Villa Marvelo is on the top floor, as is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Step out onto the large terrace and enjoy a brilliant view of the entire bay.

On this upper floor there is also a double garage (covered) and a bicycle shop with a bunk bed, should budding cyclists wish to explore the beautiful Tramuntana mountains.

Descend the stairs (or use the lift) to the second level and you will find a magnificent master suite with an en-suite double bedroom with access to a large terrace, a separate en-suite bedroom with a double bed (configurable as 2 singles) and a single bed, another en-suite double bedroom and a bedroom with 3 bunk beds.

The impressive living area on the ground floor comprises a spacious and comfortable living/dining room which leads through the glass frontage to the huge covered terrace. Perfect for relaxing with family and friends....

The large, modern Bulthaup/Gaggenau designer kitchen is also located on this level: the ideal place for a meal with family and friends. There is also a private cinema room (plus a sofa bed for guests) to add to the enjoyment of your holiday.

It goes without saying that Villa Marvelo has hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating for maximum comfort. There is also WiFi throughout, plus satellite TV to allow you to catch up on your favourite programmes. You can also challenge your friends or family to a game of table tennis.

And then there is the private heated swimming pool (no extra charge, but not available between November and March) and terrace. It is also on the large side, (17m x 5m x 1.7m approx) with a stepped entrance for easy access. What better place to enjoy a refreshing morning dip or just to cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun.

The views from here are lovely and you have the use of the luxurious sun loungers by the pool. The surrounding garden is full of beautiful flowers and shrubs.

Being located in the area of Puerto Pollensa in the north of Mallorca means that you have the best facilities virtually on your doorstep. There are golf courses, beautiful sandy, shallow beaches and crystal clear waters ideal for water sports.
