Cancellation policies

The villa in Cala Santanyi has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
A cosy and fully equipped 200 m² accommodation, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.

The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning, air conditioning, private swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, tv, satellite (Languages: Spanish, German), radio.

In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

What's in the village?
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen there is a small basic supply of spices and oil. Dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tablets and 1-2 rubbish bags are also provided. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that if you are self-sufficient, this item will be purchased. In the toilets there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for arrival. If you need anything else for basic equipment, please contact us.
