La Villa Son Simó Vell, una antigua finca convertida en casa rural de lujo, es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables en familia o con amigos. La propiedad puede alojar hasta 16 adultos, con la posibilidad de añadir 2 camas supletorias (50 € por noche) y 2 cunas para bebés (gratuitas a petición).
Dispone de 8 dormitorios y 8 baños, todos en suite. Cada habitación cuenta con dos camas individuales que pueden unirse o separarse según preferencia. Tres de los baños están equipados con ducha y bañera, mientras que los demás ofrecen una de las dos opciones. Todas las habitaciones incluyen televisión satélite y minibar.
La villa está equipada con calefacción central y aire acondicionado, garantizando confort durante todo el año. La cocina, de estilo profesional y completamente equipada (horno, placa, nevera, microondas, vajilla, tostadora, hervidor, etc.), permite preparar cualquier tipo de comida con facilidad. El propietario se encarga personalmente de la limpieza diaria de la cocina y las terrazas durante dos horas cada mañana.
