1. Tourist accommodations (Villas and properties)
- Cancellations in writing (email or post).
- Cancellation 60 days or more in advance: loss of 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellation with less than 60 days: no refund.
- In case of re-letting the property:
- Reimbursement minus 15% handling fee.
- Minus the difference for possible reduced fare.
2. Boat rental
- 30 days or more before the date: full refund.
- Between 29-15 days: 50% penalty.
- Less than 15 days: no refund.
- Adverse weather conditions:
- Option 1: Change of date at no extra cost (subject to availability).
- Option 2: Full refund.
3. Car rental
- 30 days or more before the date: full refund 29-15 days: 50% penalty.
- Between 29-15 days: 50% penalty.
- Less than 15 days: no refund.
4. Premium Experiences
- 7 days or more before: full refund.
- Between 6-2 days: 50% penalty.
- Less than 48 hours: no refund
- Adverse weather conditions: possibility of rescheduling free of charge or full refund.
5. Concierge Services
- No refunds are made once the service has been contracted.
