CANCELLATION POLICY - BALUFY

 

1. Tourist accommodations (Villas and properties)

• Cancellations in writing (email or post)
• Cancellation 60 days or more in advance: forfeiture of 50% of deposit
• Cancellation less than 60 days: no right to refund
• In case of re-letting the property:
  * Reimbursement minus 15% handling fee
  * Minus the difference for possible reduced fare
  
  

2. Boat rental

• 30 days or more before the date: full reimbursement
• Between 29-15 days: 50% penalty
• Less than 15 days: no refund
• Adverse weather conditions:
  Option 1: Date change at no extra cost (subject to availability)
  Option 2: Full refund
  
  

3. Car rental

• 30 days or more before the date: full reimbursement
  Between 29-15 days: 50% penalty
  Less than 15 days: no refund
  
  

4. Premium Experiences

• 7 days or more before: full refund
• Between 6-2 days: 50% penalty
• Less than 48 hours: no refund
• Adverse weather conditions: possibility of rescheduling free of charge or full refund.
  
  

5. Concierge Services

• No refunds are made once the service has been contracted.
• Personalised and non-transferable services
• Modifications subject to availability
