The purpose of the Booking service is to reserve a service in our establishment. It is not possible to guarantee a specific
location at the time of booking. The booking will be automatically cancelled in case of delays exceeding the tolerance limit of 15 minutes.
Any personalisation or special requests must be explicitly stated and will only be valid after express confirmation by our reservations department, and may incur additional costs.

Cancellation Policy and Booking Guarantee

The customer may at any time cancel or modify his reservation. In certain situations, we may ask our Clients to take a guarantee of the reservation, which will be informed at the time of the request.
The method of payment will be by credit or debit card.
We use a third party payment gateway, which accepts credit and debit card payments, called Stripe, which has strict security requirements and anti-fraud methods. Stripe is a payment gateway that accepts card payments directly, without registration for the Customer. The entire processing of the payment is outside the control of the holder of the Service, we do not know or keep data from the Customer's card, the information that reaches the holder of the Service is limited to the acceptance or rejection of the transaction.

Exclusion of Users

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
