What services do guests expect to find?

Guests expect to have certain basics at their disposal during their stay to wash up and sleep like never before.

  • Bed linen. This includes one fitted sheet; one blanket, duvet or top sheet; and one pillow per person, with a corresponding cushion.
  • Properly functioning locks. If you offer a private room, you will have to install a lock on the entrance reserved exclusively for guests. If it is an entire accommodation, you will have to place it on the main door.
