Welcome to Son Burgues, a high-quality, modernised property with exceptional charm, ideal for families, relaxing stays or business trips. Majestically situated at the end of a chain of hills and just a few minutes from the tranquil little town of Petra, this imposing estate impresses with its spectacular panoramic views over the island: soft fields, wooded hillsthe Bay of Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana they blend into a unique setting. The absolute tranquility of the centre of the island of Mallorca provides deep relaxation in mere moments.

Space & layout

In the main house, guests will find carefully restored rooms designed with great dedication, combining historical charm with the comforts of modern living. The property offers space for 2 up to a maximum of 24 people (including extra beds) plus a baby in the main house.

With the “Casita Toni”, which can be booked separately (2 additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room and an open-plan kitchen with an island, accessible without barriers), extra beds would no longer be necessary. The Casita is located about 30 metres from the main house and offers privacy and flexibility.

The historic buildings have been grouped into four independent residential units, each with:

• 1 3-bedroom flat with a separate entrance
• Living area
• Modern kitchen
• Private terraces

This way, even large groups enjoy a high level of privacy.

Outdoor area & activities

The expansive Mediterranean garden with palm trees, oleanders, lavender, and typical island plants creates an idyllic atmosphere of well-being. Several spacious terraces and two barbecue areas invite you to enjoy outdoor meals in good company. The heart of the property is the sunny natural stone terrace with the impressive 100 m² swimming pool, equipped with numerous sun loungers and parasols. From 2025, a table tennis table will also be available for relaxed games evenings.
