NEED FOR REGISTRATION

In order to make a reservation using this Service, the User must first register. The data entered must be accurate, current and true.
By accepting the Terms of Use, the User agrees that his/her data will be included in the processing of the Service owner, which will be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The purpose of the Reservation service is to reserve a service in our establishment. It is not possible to guarantee a specific
location at the time of the reservation. The reservation will be automatically cancelled in the event of delays exceeding the tolerance limit of 15 minutes.
Any personalization or special request must be explicitly informed and will only be valid after express confirmation by our reservations department, which may incur additional costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND RESERVATION GUARANTEE

The customer may cancel or modify their booking at any time. In certain situations, we may ask our customers to provide a guarantee for a specific booking, which will be notified to them at the time of booking. The method of payment will be by credit or debit card. We use a third party payment gateway called Stripe for the payment of the guarantee, which has strict security requirements and anti-theft methods. Stripe is a payment gateway that accepts card payments directly and without the customer having to register. The entire collection process is handled by the service provider. We do not know or keep the customer’s card details and the information that reaches the holder of the service is limited to the acceptance or not of the transaction.

EXCLUSION OF USERS

The owner of the Service reserves the right to prevent the use of the Service, either temporarily or permanently, to any User who violates any of the rules established in these Terms of Use, the law or morality. At its discretion, the owner of the Service may also exclude Users and even stop providing all or part of the Service when it deems it appropriate to improve the operation of the Service and/or the rest of the users of the same, giving prior notice of this circumstance to the affected Users.

SHOPPING

The user has the option of making purchases of different products, including the possibility of giving these products as a gift to a third party.

The user declares that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to act and contract on the Website in accordance with the conditions contained in this contractual document, which he/she declares to understand and accept.
Each product will have its own price and its own conditions of use that must be accepted together with these general conditions of use and the privacy policy. TERMS AND CONDITIONS MEANS OF PAYMENT

As a payment processor we use STRIPE, operated by Stripe, Inc. (USA), which will collect the necessary payment information according to the selected payment method.
STRIPE, within the scope of the regulated services provided to our users as an electronic payment institution, will collect and use personal data for the following purposes: opening and managing the balance; receiving and crediting payment transactions; managing customer complaints and customer relations; combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
The legal basis for the collection and use of the data is the performance of a sales contract to which you are a party, and this on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Personal data for payment processing is necessary for us to enter into a contract involving an economic transaction. If you do not provide us with this information, we cannot enter into or perform the contract.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

The relationship between the owner of the Service and the User shall be governed by the regulations corresponding to the place of the Establishment in force and informed in the Legal Notice and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the owner of the Service.
